Privacy notice
Notice given under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to anyone visiting this site and to anyone writing to us for a quote.
1. Who processes the data
The data controller is Fonica Eventi Società a Responsabilità Limitata Semplificata, registered at Via Rione Aia 84, 73041 Carmiano (LE), VAT and tax code 04967010754.

No data protection officer has been appointed: the conditions in Article 37 of the Regulation do not apply.
2. What we collect, why, and for how long

3. Do you have to give us your data?
No. But without a name and a way to reach you we can't answer a request for a quote: in that case providing the data is what makes the answer possible.
4. Who else sees the data
The data stays inside the company and is handled by authorised staff. It may also be processed by the suppliers who provide our technical services, appointed as processors under Article 28 of the Regulation:
- the company hosting the site: Vercel Inc., with servers in the European Union
- the email provider: the mail server run by Davide Conte, which hosts the company mailbox
- the consultant who looks after the site, for technical maintenance only
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, active only with your consent
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, for the Facebook and Instagram pixel, active only with your consent
The data is not published, not sold, and never feeds automated profiling.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Google and Meta may transfer data to the United States. Both are certified under the Data Privacy Framework between the European Union and the United States, and they use the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, which are the safeguard the transfer rests on. This only happens if you have consented to the relevant categories.
6. Your rights
At any time you can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, or receive it in machine-readable form, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like, without affecting what was done beforehand.
To exercise these rights, write to info@fonicaeventi.it. If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, www.garanteprivacy.it, or to the authority in the country where you live.
7. Changes
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and show the date of the revision.
